Meet Sarah
Sarah is a local Ulverstone girl raising two beautiful little girls.
In her free time Sarah enjoys connecting with the community through surf life saving, spending time at the beach and travelling with her family.
Sarah has resided on the coast for the majority of my life, with a period of time in Adelaide completing studies. Sarah completed her university studies in South Australia - Behavioural sciences, Psychology before commencing a career in the child safety and youth work field. Sarah worked as a family practitioner and youth worker in Adelaide before returning home.
Focused on systemic change
Upon returning to the coast Sarah undertook a graduate certificate in developmental trauma and a diploma of community services before focusing her passion on youth and trauma.
In 2020 Sarah completed a diploma in therapeutic life story work and in 2024 completed her certification in play therapy and filial therapy.
Sarah’s career has focused on systemic change, the needs of families and holds a passion for allowing children to communicate their needs, whichever way feels safest for them.
